Work Regardless Week runs from November 28th-December 2nd and is about demonstrating to the community that every person has value, strengths, skills, and potential regardless of the challenges they face.
This year, we are flipping the script on how we think about our weaknesses. We start with a deep internal reflection and we ask ourselves: What is something that you have always considered to be a weakness in yourself? Now, flip the script. How would you consider this part of yourself to be a strength?

Causeway is a not-for-profit agency that helps people with mental illnesses and other challenges find meaningful work.
