At Causeway, we believe that meaningful work is incredibly valuable. It’s more than just having a job — it’s about being able to enrich your community and find purpose. That’s why we are committed to helping people with barriers to employment find and maintain rewarding work.
Work. Regardless. Week. runs from November 27th-December 1st and is about demonstrating to the community that every person has value, strengths, skills, and potential regardless of the challenges they face.
This year, we are asking, how can inclusive employment foster belonging and strengthen communities? Taking a holistic look at the people who make up our community, our firm belief is that regardless of your circumstances, you belong. Our community is stronger when everyone is included.

Causeway is a not-for-profit agency that helps people with mental illnesses and other challenges find meaningful work. Regardless of their circumstances, their past, or their challenges, our range of employment programs and services help people right here in Ottawa — people we see everyday, our friends, our neighbours — find rewarding work.
